4. Engagement and Fees

Our consulting services are provided under a formal engagement agreement signed between MedRegX and the Client. Fees are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of any paid work. Website enquiries and initial consultations are provided free of charge.

Unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement, fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases of regulatory rejection due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., regulatory authority policy changes, incomplete client documentation), fees will not be automatically refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for regulatory applications
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid
• Notify MedRegX immediately of any material changes to their product, company, or regulatory status
• Not use MedRegX's services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Comply with all applicable Indian and international regulatory requirements

MedRegX accepts no liability for delays or rejections arising from the Client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, blog articles, and regulatory guides — is the intellectual property of MedRegX India Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian copyright law.
